A Professor of Law with 15+ years of experience in legal education and academic mentoring. She holds a Ph.D. in Law, specializes in social justice and labour law, and has published 20+ research papers in reputed national and international journals.

Solomon Wakode

Solomon Wakode is a seasoned IT professional with 15+ years of experience in project management, IT consulting, and digital transformation. He has led complex enterprise projects across platforms like Salesforce, SAP, CMS, and PIM, and has also served as a degree college faculty, effectively bridging academic learning with real-world industry practice.

Shilpa Ojha

Shilpa Ojha

Shilpa Ojha is a senior HR leader with 20+ years of experience driving people strategy across India, APAC, the US, UK, and UAE. She has led large-scale HR transformations, global integrations, and culture-building initiatives across industrial automation, healthcare tech, IT, and automotive sectors.

A certified CHRO from IIM Lucknow, Shilpa is known for building agile, data-driven, and people-centric HR systems aligned with business growth. In 2025, she was recognised as Woman HR Leader of the Year and HR Leader of the Year, reflecting her impact as a progressive and future-focused HR voice.
