Before founding GXLH, Pradeep led Learning and Development at ESDS Software Solutions Ltd where he received industry recognition through awards such as Gold in Best Learning Culture and Silver for Excellence in Leadership Development. He designed large scale leadership academies, technical capability frameworks, and behavioural programmes that influenced culture, performance, and succession pipelines at scale.
He is the creator of multiple proprietary frameworks including the TARX Competency Architecture, PrecisionImpact Assessment Centre, Persona Power Lab, Elevate Leadership Lab, SheNova Leadership Journey, and FutureShift Agility Series. His work integrates leadership psychology, behavioural science, biblical wisdom, and practical tools to help people transform how they think, act, and relate.
Pradeep holds professional credentials from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, Aon HR Learning Center, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Pune, Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) Pune, Tata STRIVE, and other leading institutions. He is certified in design thinking, assessments, instructional design, leadership coaching, and facilitation.
As an author, he has written two books, The Biblical Blueprint for Corporate Success and Leadership Lessons from the Bible, where he blends spiritual truth with practical workplace leadership. His writing and workshops emphasise humility, purpose, courage, stewardship, and the power of service-led leadership.
